EOI - ICT Illawarra Website Landing Video
ICTI Illawarra (ICTI) is seeking Expressions of Interest to design and create a landing video for the ICT Illawarra website. This will be a short and creative resource to promote the collective ICT industry capabilities of the Illawarra region, and the role of ICTI.
The requirements of the video project are:
- Design and create a 90 second video for the home page of the ICT Illawarra website
- The video will:
- Be creative, concise and captivating and emphasis Wollongong’s IT industry as snappy, high tech, agile, and collaborative.
- Outline the key strengths of the ICT industry in the Illawarra
- Communicate the role of ICTI and it’s objectives
- Be business focused and avoid IT jargon
- Be imbedded on the ICTI Website homepage and also be a portable file for presentations
- Be broadly aligned with the ‘Advantage Wollongong’ theme and messaging
Objectives of the project
- Develop a short, simple resource to promote the role of ICTI and the collective ICT industry capabilities of the Illawarra region.
- Provide a passive engagement medium where website visitors can experience key messages with very little effort.
- The video’s target audience is businesses looking to locate Wollongong, and businesses looking for projects to be completed by IT companies operating Wollongong
- The video can be used as a means to communicate the ICT industry message both in business attraction activity and industry promotion.
ICTI will provide the key messages and other content for the video.
EOIs must comply with all requirements and provide an indicative fixed price. Where tenderer satisfies all requirements, there may be opportunity to suggest value added additions for a further fixed fee.
EOIs to be submitted in a pdf format, and no longer than 2 pages long.
ICTI will review EOIs from interested parties and short list 2-3 parties base the assessment on the criteria below. The shortlisted parties will then be requested to provide a RFP requiring indicative storyboard and pricing by Friday 26 September.
- Design of a high quality product meeting the required functionality
- Ability to deliver the product on time and within budget
ICTI will assess all responses and select a provider that will deliver the greatest benefits according to the stated criteria. ICTI plans to select a successful provider within one week of the RFP closing date.
